خلاصه مقاله:
Design of entrance is the important part of nuclear power plant protection design against external events such as blast. Selection of appropriate geometric shape of entrance has important influence on resistance of nuclear building and it can reduce the impact of blast. This paper analyzed the effect of a blast loading on three different geometric shapes of entrance in order to compare resistance of different shapes against blast load and select appropriate geometric shape for entrance of nuclear buildings. The Dynamic analysis was performed using the explicit finite element analysis (FEA) software (Abaqus 6.12-1). The modeling of the blast was implemented using the CONWEP air blast modeling (Conventional Weapons). The weight charges used for the analysis were 1000kg TNT. This paper analyzed displacement and stress of three different shapes under this load and finally appropriate geometric shape of entrance is selected for nuclear building against external blast. Result showed recessed entrance is appropriate geometric shapes between proposed shapes.
