خلاصه مقاله:
The main purpose of the current research is to identify the role of organizational culture in the establishment of knowledge management the Administration of Education district 4 of Mashhad in the school year 2011-2012 and research method is survey-descriptive. The population consists of all employees of the Administration of Education district 4 which are 100 persons and samples are 70 persons. The research measurement is researcher-made questionnaire including 11 questions that its reliability is gained 0/90 by Cronbach Alpha formula. The research method is Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variable regression along with using descriptive statistics. The results show components of management support, organizational sense of belonging, participation in decision-making have direct relationship with establishment of knowledge management that this relationship at level of 0/001 is significant. This article has been extracted from Master thesis of educational management.
