The increasing expansion of cities and industrial growth has led up to many problems in vast urban regions. Urban regeneration and sustainable development is a solution that will estimably eradicate such posed difficulties and compensate for the shortcomings they present. The main purpose of urban regeneration is to improve the quality of urban life, which can be accomplished with regards to these three factors: the environment, community and economics. Urban regeneration is executed in every region with a unique approach and studying these universal practices can be beneficial for future planning.
