خلاصه مقاله:
The climatic design of a building is a method which helps to reduce the building energy demand for heating and cooling and also it aims to use natural energy resources in order to provide more comfort in buildings. In this study the climatic design strategies and the methods to achieve them have been worked on in Savadkooh, Mazandaran, Iran. These methods include heat loss reduction of buildings, decrease in wind effects on building heat loss, providing ventilation for inside spaces, to benefit from the proper weather condition of outside, to benefit from the solar energy for building heating demand and protection of building from solar undesired radiation and prevention of weather humidity gain. The required design analysis were done by the software Climate Consultant 5.5 on the basis of the climatic data. The consequences of the present work can be helpful for designers and engineers to achieve an optimum building design in the similar climatic conditions. Also the comfort zone and the zones in which the climatic strategies including: sun shading of windows, high thermal mass, evaporative cooling, fan forced ventilation and heating plus humidification and etc. are required were discussed based on the psychometric chart as well.
