Today, the knowledge of project management is an important element for evaluating manager‟s expertise and experiences, and project implementation process. Given the importance of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of project management, this paper identifies and compares these strengths and weaknesses in two projects; Stadium of Noor City (SNC) and Stadium of Ghaemshahr City (SGC) with capacity of 5000 people. It is intended to compare and rank the management indicators according to their importance and priority in improving the project management process. In this regard, a questionnaire with 35 questions, based on the „PMBOK‟ standards, has been developed and then shared with the project managers of these two sports projects. According to the results, Cost Managing is the first priority for improvement in both projects, while Time and Procurement Managing are the next. On the other hand, Quality and Human Resources Managing are the strengths of both project management processes.
