Measurement is major part of productivity cycle, which has a regulatory role for other pillars of the cycle. This paper aims to evaluate the relative efficiency of 27 companies in Tehran Province and to propose an approach integrating the European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for measuring the efficiency of the Automotive Industry. This study is descriptive-analytic in design. The efficiency of 27 companies affiliated with Automotive Company was evaluated using the integrated DEA-EFQM model. Measures of performance evaluation were designed by EFQM and evaluation of performance and ranking were performed using the DEA. An average of 80.6748 was obtained for the relative efficiency of the companies under study. Of the total of 27 companies, 3 were recognized to be on the frontier curve and 24 exhibited an efficiency of less than 1.
