خلاصه مقاله:
One of the problems in the world is the removal of waste. The use of waste as a recycling in the building industry is a solution to their consumption. Concrete is one of the construction products in which, wastes with specified materials and properties and fine-grained, can be used as part of a cement substitute. In this research, the waste of tile, ceramic and bricks is used in a fine-grained way as part of the cement. The use of these wastes, while preserving the environment, reduces the cost of concrete. In tile, ceramic and brick factories, as well as during use in construction, a significant amount of waste is generated that is unusable and released in nature. These materials, which are mostly silica compounds, are not easily biodegraded. These wastes are caused by chemical interactions, and also the high cost of their rehabilitation, makes it worthless to produce tiles, ceramics and bricks from. In this research, concrete samples have been made from Portland cement and waste materials from tile, ceramic and brick grinding, and their compressive strength have been determined. So, first, the cement and the powder from them are combined with different proportions and are considered as a binder. Then mixing designs consisting of 3 parts of sand and 1 part of cement are made. The ratio of water to the binder for reaching the acceptable flow is also considered to be 0.5. Then concrete samples made are stored in mold and in laboratory environment for 24 hours. Subsequently, the samples were removed from the mold and have been put in the saturated limewater solution to the desired age. The results showed that using ceramic and tile waste up to 35%, bricks waste up to 25% and their composition up to 30% could achieve proper results.
