خلاصه مقاله:
In this research magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) were prepared by the co-precipitation method and then modified with 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane in dioxane. Then modified nanoparticles were functionalized by the coupling of Beta-cyclodextrin/allylamine and N-isopropylacrylamide as a monomer and Azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator in ethanol. The obtained nano-adsorbent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV/Vis. The interaction of grafted nanoparticles with drugs was investigated.
