خلاصه مقاله:
Marine environments are important areas of the world due to sensitivity of their habitats and complexity of the pollutants that can affect them. Assessment and management of the environmental risks posed by drilling rigs through the conventional methods are impossible due to the difficulties of identifying the parameters affecting them and the large volume of data available which require the application of special software and management models. The present study seeks to identify the parameters affecting the environmental risks posed by marine drilling rigs and to manage those risks. The researchers thus designed the SAFYERP-JKP model based on the primary definitions provided for risk and a set of statistical rules and then used the model to examine the South Pars field located in the Persian Gulf. The results from the software on 15,840 towing risks and 28,800 drilling risks indicate the high accuracy of the software in calculating the risks. The criteria applied in the model can also be used in similar regions. The marine accidents occurred at the South Pars were also investigated to test the accuracy of the proposed model.
