خلاصه مقاله:
Today, urban development planners consider life quality as an important issue in formulating the relevant strategies. Life quality indicates the general social, economic and environmental characteristics of regions and it can be used as a strong tool to supervise society development planning. In this study, life quality research in Yasuj town is investigated by considering social, economic, environmental, physical and mental aspects. The study method is descriptive- analytical. For data analysis, GIS and SPSS software was used and for analysis of the required data, T-test, Dunnett T, Tamhane and Games-HowelItests are used. To evaluate life quality in Yasuj city, objective and subjective indices including 5 main indices (social, economic, structural, environmental, physical and mental) and 29 items are used. The study population is 321 residents in Yasoj town regions. The calculation of application mean showed that among indices (social, economic, structural, environmental, physical and mental) as combined index, region 1 (with theoretical mean 3.09) is the best life quality region and region 4 (with theoretical median 1.92) is the lowest life quality. The results of the study showed that based on significance level (Sig=0.000), we should use post-test with variance inequality and among post-tests, Hamhane and Games-Howelt tests were selected for inequality analysis. The results of the study showed that four regions of Yasuj town were different in terms of life quality indices. The investigations showed that at first region 1 required serious consideration of planners and authorities and they should change their direction to this region to increase life quality and then regions 2, 3 and 4, respectively required the consideration of planners to increase life quality. To increase life quality indices in Yasuj town, the relevant organizations should mostly focus on economic and structural indices.
