Due to global warming and the threats to the environment, international organizations and institutions are seeking solutions to these challenges around the world. This paper aims at introducing an innovative solution to investors in water and clean energy sectors which has been registered by the Iranian Patent Office and is currently on the US Patent Pending list. The invented device transfers water to different heights based on the Pascal’s law. Research conducted on the patent registration was used in this paper. From the scientific perspective, the background of this invention is a paper presented at the International Congress on Engineering Sciences in Hamburg, Germany in 2018. The results from the patent were verified such that even stagnant water can be pumped to different heights by this device without any need for fuel or electric power just by using water weight.
