خلاصه مقاله:
In this research, we synthesized bioactive glass nanoparticles containing Mg and Cu through sol-gel method and compare bioactivity of samples by immersion in Simulated body fluid solution . Bioactive glass nanoparticles were characterized with FT-IR , XRD , SEM , TGA , WDS, DLS techniques . Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) after soakng in SBF, proved HCA formation on BGN surface, phase analysis investigate by X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy that demonstrate amorphous peak of BGN samples, The Surface morphology observed by scaning electron microscope (SEM) indicate abnormal shape of BGN and HCA nuclei appear on BGN surface after soak in SBF . elemental composition BGN evaluate with Wavelength- dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (WDS) that corroborate existence Si,P,Ca ,Mg,Cu elements in BGN samples. to assay sintering temperature thermo analysis gravimetry (TGA) analysis illustrate mass lose steps that corresponding to remove water, Alkoxy and residual nitrates. The Zeta potential of BGN measured with Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) that demonstrated the tendency of BGN samples to coagulation and also showed negatively surface charge which promotes cell attachment and proliferation.
