خلاصه مقاله:
In this Paper a Time Division Multiplexer (TDM) for a multichannel neural recording microsystem is designed and simulated. The designed circuit is enough compact and consumes about 240 μW. Simulation is carried out using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology with 1.8v power supply through HSPICE. The simulation results approve the correct and accurate functionality of the designed circuit.
