Abstract:

Background and Aim : Skin injuries caused by trauma, surgery, diabetes,or burns can lead to scarring and protective functions of the skin.Wound management is a major global challenge and wound healing is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors, monitoring different physiological parameters such as temperature, humidity,pH is essential.Monitoring of these physiological factors due to proper antibiotic therapy, lack of hospitalization, monitoring of the wound by a remote physician،patient comfort, reduced treatment cost,no hospital nosocomial injury for treatment progress and wound healing Very impressive. Methods : using tissue engineering ulcer coatings based on natural polymeric compounds are designed as scaffolds.polymer coatings must have characteristics such as transparency, water and oxygen permeability and,on the other hand, impermeable to bacteria In addition, they must provide a safe and humid environment and be environmentally friendly.Considering the aforementioned, the use of materials with the highest biocompatibility with the human body, such as gelatin, carboxyl methyl chitosan, titanium nanoparticles, and polyvinyl alcohol, has been considered in the manufacture of wound dressings. help of electronic science,it has tried to make the polymer scaffold into a smart wound dressing and By examining the physiological factors on the wound healing process,a temperature and humidity sensor is first used to monitor the temperature and humidity, and by using a color detection sensor and alginate microcapsules, the pH monitoring is performed inside the wound. Results : by temperature and humidity and pH sensors, we tried to allow these 3parameters to be controlled by the physician so that by controlling these parameters, early infection can be diagnosed and unnecessary antibiotic use and its problems Prevent action.Other problems of hospitalization of patients are due to wounds such as burns, diabetes, bed wounds, etc. so that the physician is able to independently control the process of wound healing and temperature, humidity,pH parameters. Conclusion : The purpose of this study was to fabricate a flexible wound dress from biocompatible material and equipped with three temperature,pH and humidity sensors and a heater to monitor three important physiological parameters in wound healing and to display all information online on the LCD and if needed for Send a doctor. This wound-healing function helps the doctor to consider the three most effective parameters (temperature, humidity and pH) during healing, choosing the best treatment at the earliest time.
