Effect of Ethical Climate Workplace on Psychological Well-Being of Nurses

The aim of study is Effect of ethical climate workplace On Psychological well-being of nurses. Thisstudy was descriptive and correlational. The study population included nurses of medical centers inBandar Abbas in 2015 that 54 people were taken as sample size. And sampling method is stratifiedmultistage. Olson hospital ethical climate questionnaire and Reef psychological well-being scale - shortform was used to gather the required information. Result showed that the coefficient of determination innursing ethical climate is equal to 0.062, that able to explain 2.6% of the sample of psychological wellbeing.Results in detail the ethical climate model showed there is a significant positive correlation withcolleagues and doctors and other aspects, are not significant relationship with psychological well-being.
