Abstract:

In the present study, the ferrite-martensitic biphasic steel plasticity behavior is studied. The widespread use of metal sheets in industries today has optimized sheet forming processes. One of the most important processes for sheet forming is deep drawing, which is widely usedto deform sheet metal into hollow parts. The process is used to produce parts such as metal containers, pressure vessels, aircraft components and canned cans. At the same time, achieving the desired shaping factor in this method (or maximum tensile strength) is severelyconstrained by the possibility of activating any of the disability s mechanisms including rupture, throat formation, wrinkle formation, and high spring reversibility. Finally, simulation of forming limit test using von Mises yield criterion and taking into account maximumthickness strain was performed by Abaqus software and results were in good agreement with experimental result
