Abstract:
Tetrazole compounds are a class of important heterocyclic compounds because these compounds have been applied in various area of chemistry as antiinflammatory [1], antimicrobial [2], antifungal [3], antinociceptive [4] and anticancer [5]. The aza- Micheal addition of these tetrazoles to a, b-unsaturated carbonyls represents a powerful synthetic method to functionalize tetrazoles. Fe3O4@Phenyl phosphate creatine nanoparticles were prepared and used as catalyst for the aza-Michael reaction of α, β-unsaturated carbonyl. The catalysis was investigated with useful analyses such as FT‐IR, TGA, VSM, SEM, TEM, XRD, and ICP. In addition, it is found that the Fe3O4@Phenyl phosphate creatine nanoparticles catalyst can be recovered and reused five times without losing activity.
