Abstract:
An efficient snd convenient method was developed for synthesis 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivetives via the one-pot and multi-component reaction coupling between 1 mmol acetophenone, 1 mmol malonond with imidazole, 1.2 mmol ammuniom acetate and benzaldehyde derivetives in the presence of iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles functionalizet with imidazole and cobalt complex (Fe3O4@SiO2@NH2@CC@imidazole@CO) as new catalyst in solvent free condition and temperature 110 ºC. high yield, short reaction time and optimization with the design of experiment are the major advantages of the work. Also fourier-transform (FT-IR), energy-dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDX), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM)have been studied in this work.
