Abstract:

The development of new technologies for providing health facilities has been expanded. The growth of smartphones and apps in the world has increased the level of access to health services. Widespread and easy access to the Internet and wireless technology today has affected health and care systems. Telecommunications and network technologies and their application in health care have led to the formation of electronic health (E-Health). E-health provides knowledge and skills for care for the general public, access to good quality healthcare, regardless of time and place, saving on prevention costs, rehabilitation of patients, reducing waiting times for health care, diagnosis, rapid reporting of symptoms and Symptoms of the disease. In the technology-driven environment, E-Health Care is a new concept. E -health is the provision of health services through technology and the Internet. Different technologies are a tool to remove restrictions on the provision of health care services. These vastly different emotional states are sometimes experienced in isolated phases, or as complex combinations of both depression and mania. The rate and degree to which a person experiences these dramatic emotional changes can vary greatly from person to person. In the past, depression and bipolar disorder were not considered distinct brain illnesses. Different treatments for each illness did not exist. Today, we know a great deal about how to identify bipolar disorder and how to treat it with medication and psychotherapy. Advanced brain imaging techniques are helping scientists identify the brain structures involved in mood disorders and providing new ways to study the effectiveness of treatments. Scientists are constantly making new discoveries about bipolar disorder, and new medications are being developed and tested all the time. These developments provide hope that more and more individuals with bipolar disorder will be able to lead healthy, productive lives.
