Abstract:
The present study was aimed at investigating the relationships among perfectionism self-efficacy among Iranian EFL teachers. To this end, 140 Iranian EFL teachers completed a battery of questionnaires, namely Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Foreign Language Learning Self-efficacy scale (SEQ), Perfectionism Scale Ahwaz (APS). Data were analyzed through Pearson correlation and multiple regression followed by path analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficient is 0.2 with a p value of 0.401 > 0.05 which indicates no meaningful linear relationship between EFL learners’ self-efficacy and perfectionism scores
