Abstract:

در ادبیات علمی مدیریت فناوری، توافق قابل ملاحظه ای بر اهمیت و ضرورت پایش و پیش بینی دقیق و سریع نیازهای آینده و روند پیشرفت های فناورانه وجود دارد. دلایل این امر شامل تغییر و تحولات سریع فناوری، جهانی شدن بازار و رقابت، افزایش نوآوری های فناورانه و کاهش چرخه عمر فناوری ها می باشد. لذا، هوشمندی فناوری در سطوح مختلف سازمان ها به منظور کمک به شناسایی تهدیدها و فرصت های فناورانه و بهبود تصمیم گیری های فناورانه در اینچنین محیط متغیری، پیشنهاد می شود. موضوع هوشمندی فناوری طی سال های گذشته مورد توجه پژوهشگران زیادی قرار گرفته و از جنبه های مختلف مورد بررسی واقع شده است. آشنایی با یافته ها و دستاوردهای این پژوهشگران می تواند سهم بسزایی در درک و فهم بیشتر و بهتر موضوع هوشمندی فناوری داشته باشد، که از آثار آن می توان به بهبود فرآیندهای برنامه ریزی و تصمیم گیری در حوزه فناوری و ارتقای سطح یادگیری فناورانه سازمان اشاره نمود. لذا هدف از نگارش این مقاله بررسی مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهشی موضوع هوشمندی فناوری است که شامل تعاریف، ساختار، فرآیند، بازیگران، روش ها و ابزارهای هوشمندی فناوری می باشد. در پایان مقاله نیز برخی پیشنهادهای مدیریتی و تحقیقاتی ارائه گردیده است.
