A Survey of Peaceful Thoughts in World Literature

Literature as an artistic manifestation of language around the world has been a sign of peace in the world since its inception. This is probably because first of all, human beings instinctively prefer peace over war and bloodshed, and in particular the creation of literary works depends on It is the creator s psychological well-being, and this mental and spiritual peace emerges only in the presence of peace in the environment of human life. Thus the poet or writer, consciously or unconsciously becomes a literary proponent of world peace in his literary work. This fact can be seen in all literary works, especially lyric literature. Of course, epic works may sound violent from one perspective, but if we look at them from another point of view, these literary works are also in search of peace. A peace that is won by a noble battle against the initial violence of the invaders. In the present study, by briefly examining the literary masterpieces of the world from ancient times to the contemporary era, we have briefly outlined the interest of world writers and poets in the category of peace.
