Abstract:

The review of approaches to the analysis of ecological components of the architectural environment is carried out. The following aspects of environmental problems are analyzed: general ecological aspect; biological aspect; geographical aspect, general philosophical aspect; technical aspect; aesthetic aspect; town-planning aspect; architectural and constructional aspects. The problems of modern architecture associated with the deterioration of the ecological situation on the planet are identified. The problems associated with the visual comfort of ecological architecture have been identified. The scientific approaches to architectural ecology are analyzed: the architectural and construction ecology; the ecology of the city - urboecology; the global ecology, the town-planning ecology, the engineering ecology, sustainable development of the city; ecological topology; ecological psychology; the cult urological approach. In this context, it is also important to note the valeological approach to the architectural environment. The valeological approach as a specific target strategy stimulates new ideas for the development of the architectural environment, unites the efforts of different specialists, and directs their activities to improving the architectural space.The principles of visual ecology of the architectural environment, based on a serious study of the principles of the harmonious existence of man in the architectural environment in the aspect of one part of its environmental, and, on the other hand, of the visual components, should be the basis for researching the aesthetic components of the ecological architecture.
