Abstract:

In the present study, 60 specimens of A. baerii with an average weight of 689.25 ±61.96 g were selected. The specimens were fed with five diets including protein 42%and 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20% dextrin that were substituted with fish oil and sun flower oilwith three replicates. At the first and second month, the specimens were fed at theratio of 3% and 1.5% of the body weight, respectively. Blood of six specimens werecollected at the beginning of the experiment, before feeding with different diets. Atthe end of the experiment and from each dietary treatment, blood of six specimenswere collected (two specimens from each replicate). The cell indices of blood (WBC,RBC, PCV, Hb), globolin indices (MCV, MCH and MCHC) and the index of bloodbiochemical and SGPT, SGOT were measured. There was no significant differencein cell and globulin indices among the dietary treatments, i.e. PCV, Hb, RBC, MCV,MCH and MCHC. Among the biochemical factors, only triglyceride in group of 5%dextrin showed significant difference with other groups. SGPT, SGOT in group of10% dextrin had a significant difference with other groups. Among the dietarygroups, the 20 % dextrin had the best condition in terms of health and stress.
