The puprose of this paper is to propound a pattern formulation strategic technology in one of segments of the irankhodro . This model cosidered two pivotal problems . Evaluation and planning of internal technological capacity . Flexibility against various environment . the research reviewed different model of technology strategy in previous study and propounded a combined pattern. the model implemented in strategic department CNG of irankhodro. this combined model is in framework of the strategies of technology acquisition, technology sale and technology protection.
