خلاصه مقاله:
nanosensor based on multi walled carbon nanotube MWCNT for detection of gaseous molecules of hydrogen sulphide in natural gas stream was fabricated . This gas nanosensor was prepared by conventional photolithography and sputtering process for deposition of au as interdigitated electrode IDE on an alumina substrate. MWCNT were dispersed in an organic vehicle , spin coated on substrate and subsequently annealed at 100C to remove the organic vehicle . this study shows that MWCNT can be sensitive to hydrogen sulphide when operate at roon temperature.
