Application of membrane in hydrogen purification

In this paper , we describe four types of membrane for hydrogen purification for widely and then we produce much guidance for overal selection in this subject and so remember of use this technology in the industry . One of these applications is install a membrane on the HP off gas out of hydrocracking unit. the advantage of this change is less annual cost in downstream unit for hydrogen product and we help to production and consumtion hydrogen management with return this hydrogen to consumtion cycle. meanwhile we reduced the consumption of natural gas and increase of useful life time of down stream hydrogen unit and upstream sour gas treatment unit and we will save excess 3 million $/years totally.
