خلاصه مقاله:
the effect of synthesis parameters on the morphology of polyaniline was investigated . Pani was produced using ammonium persulphate APS as an oxidating agent and hydrochloric , phosphoric or methane sulfonic acids as dopnts . Different parameters such as temperature , APS to aniline molar ration and molarity of acid were changed in order to archieve the pani product with optimized fibrous structure i.e.the highest ration of length to thickness. scanning electron microscopy SEM was used to study the stucture of the synthesized P Ani. the results showed that the morphology of polyaniline is dependent on the synthesis conditions. the best morphology of the samples with the highest length/diameter ratio were achieved using 0.5 M HCl , acid /aniline molar ratio=100,APS/aniline molar ratio=0.25,T=40C , and time =3.5hrs.
