today energy is ropounded as a main element for societies to achieve development. Energy is a vital factor in human life and approximately in all production and consumption activities. Consequently management and optimization at energy consumption seems to be a very important sunject. atmosphere lealth preservation is one of the most important sustainable development precondition. in this century fossil energy sources are not enough for world energy requirement utilized for life , evolution and development; because fossill energy sources are running out and logically these energies have high quality so they should not be burned. the increase of carbon dioxide concentration and pollutions due to burning of fossil fuels in the atmosphere and their coutcomes, have made dangerous and irrevocable changes in the world . the increase of the earth temperature the weather changes , rising of seas level are some examples of these outcomes. therefore replacing these energy sources by unrestricted sources without pollution is necessary. but because this replacement needs more time, so energy optimization and management are as suitable ways now.
