Abstract:
method of study population sample and the result of single variable analysis , along side standardizing the multi variable statistics have been presented and by compring and analyzing the inter variance between two new organizations the synthetic findings have been reported. high level of commitment to job especially from the occupational pint of view and also the significant difference at the a=0.0001 between the hierarchy of needs in the iran research institute of petroleum industry RIPI. beside 54% of the commitment variance has been explicated by a set of criteria and independent variables including trust in others , self satisfaction, adaptation and job suitability, management style, understanding the organizational justice, organizational cooperation, inner and outer organizaitonal satisfaction, and job status.
