The complex information systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are essential for organizations to make them competitive. However, the success of ERP system projects is a difficult process as it involves different types of end users’ assessment. The main objective of the present study is to find the key determinants of ERP system adoption and satisfaction using technology acceptance model (TAM) and IS success model. This study conducted a survey method among 64 employees in Ferro Guilan Complex which is Iran’s the first and largest private sector steel rolling company. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is utilized to assess the research model and survey data were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicated the significant determinants of ERP adoption and satisfaction. The study also could provide relevant evidence to organizations involved in the ERP implementation process in developing countries
