Abstract:
The importance of digital marketing is in analyzing customer behavior and focusing on important principles and aspects. Social media can provide a great opportunity for all those who intend to market their product and work. Social media marketing utilize social media channels to gain traffic, brand exposure, and engagement with Customers. Key performance indicators show how well an organization has succeeded in achieving its goals. In addition a successful presence on social media will have credit for the organization, but its value and impact need to be investigated. All business plans and activities on social media should be measured and benchmarked according to the organization s business plans and objectives. In this dissertation along with identifying and analyzing effective indicators on social media marketing, we try to examine the impact of these indicators. We will continue to work on an organization that has a significant presence in Instagram and check the results
