Abstract:

Biogas is a valuable renewable energy source and environmentally friendly. Biogas energy is the energy produced by the decomposition of organic matter and wastes, which release methane and carbon dioxide. In this completely novel and applied study, for the first time, it was investigated and introduced some new proposal models for developing anaerobic digestion vessel bioreactors of biogas production for batch operation based on ultrasonic technology accompanying infrared lamps. We discussed 4 new different models. 2 of them were based probe ultrasonic technology and 2 of them were based of bath ultrasonic. The use of ultrasonic bioreactors increases biogas production. Ultrasonic enhances biological reaction rate well. Also in every model, it was used 2 infrared lamps. The use of infrared lamps in bio reactor operation have various benefits; that some of them are: high safety, cleanness, cost-effectiveness, good thermal control, Providing a balanced and appropriate heat and without the need for additional accessories. RESEARCH LIGHTS -For the first time, it was proposed new models for anaerobic digestion vessel bioreactor of biogas production. -For the first time, it was applied new arrangements of anaerobic digestion ultrasonic bioreactors for biogas production -For the first time, it was applied infrared lamps for heating anaerobic digestion bioreactors.
