Abstract:

One of the key factors that determines the success of project management is effective use of human resource practices.Research on the relationship amongst human resource practices and project management is stimulating. This study builds model for the relationship between five selected HR practices (Employees Recruitment & Selection, Employees Training & Development, Employees Performance Appraisals, Employees Compensation System and staff welfare) and project management with using of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). As a result of the study, it is seen that Employees Recruitment & Selection and Staff Welfare Are significant drivers and placed at the bottom of hierarchical structure, these drivers important to achieve Employees Training & Development. Employees Performance Appraisals and Employees Compensation are placed at top level of ISM model and it means that if formers practices take place in project management, they can have happened in last part of HRM.
