Ultraviolet Plasmonic Nanolaser

In this paper, a plasmonic nanolaser composed of quadruple combination of gold nano-spheres to produce UV radiation is reported. The proposed structure’s geometrical parameters have been optimized to provide high intensity UV light at the resonance wavelength of about λ =0.227 µm; applicable in medicine, industry, photography, optical storage and integrated circuits manufacturing.
