Abstract:

In this paper, the low-noise amplifier circuit is designed in the frequency band L (1GHz-2GHz). This circuit uses the Cascade technique to amplify the signal and the three current Reuse techniques and the inductive feedback technique and the inductive square pair technique for increasing the signal and isolation of the signal and also matching the input and output circuit of the circuit, which adds to the increase of the signal stability in the fidelity mode Improves. This circuit is designed to increase the gain and improve the signal stability in the Frequency Bandwidth L, the linearity by improving the NF value. The circuit is designed in four class transistors with a 760& 0.18 P CMOS technology. The Gain max value of the circuit is 28.209dB and its NF equal 4.172dB, and the stability equal 9dB and the value of the linear equal 43.906dBm. From the applications of this circuit, use in receivers GPS, GSM-3G, Radio Amateur Radar s. This circuit is simulated using ADS software.
