Abstract:

The purpose of the present study is to identify, explore and study the driving factors of green supply chain management in order to achieve organizational performance. The identified driving factors are: market orientation, just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, agile manufacturing, total quality management and supply chain management. The conceptualmodel used in the study indicates the synergies created by implementing management improvement plans that support the six strategic necessities of customer focus, productivity, effectiveness, alliance with supply chain partners, accountability, environmental sustainability and the impacts on marketing plans and the financial performance of manufacturing organizations. This is an applied study which is conducted through qualitative, field and library methods and the data obtained from the interviews with managers, observations andorganizational documents of Armin Beton Yazd Construction Company were surveyed and studied. Simultaneous implementation of the aforementioned driving factors has led to synergies in terms of improving financial, environmental and marketing organizational performance by eliminating different types of waste, improving thequality of services and products, and reducing excess and operating costs.
