Infertility treatment centers have a vital role, which is to protect the mother and the embryo. Although the right to have a child and fertility is the natural right of all human beings, this right and the health right of embryo sometimes conflict such as when couples, especially women, have incurable disease, old age, or addiction. At this time, the health right of embryo is a priority because a couple can adopt a child to achieve the right to have a child. Therefore, if infertility centers ignore the safety of embryo or mother, and take actions that harm this safety, they are responsible for the compensation.
