Perovskite structure NdFeO3 nanocrystals were prepared by Co-precipitation method from starting material. One of the main advantages of this method is no need for advanced equipments. The nanocrystalline product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), x-ray diffraction(XRD), UV–Visible absorption spectroscopy. The preparation process can be also applied to synthesize other complex oxides such as NdFeO3, LaCoO3 and LaNiO3
