Abstract:
Internet of Things is a network of objects that are capable of sharing informationwithout any user interferences. IoT technologies can provide a unique computing platform tomeasure, monitor, and control the home appliances energy consumption. This can be helpfulto reduce energy consumption costs, air circulation management, instantaneous temperatureand humidity regulation. In this project, managing the controllable equipment as well as theintensity of illumination with the help of natural ambient light is used to optimize energyconsumption. The results show the energy consumption in peak hours can be reduced 19% and13% in summer and winter, respectively.
