Abstract:
According to the guidelines for crisis management and passive defense in the water and electricity industry based on the continuous identification and monitoring of natural threats in the field of water and electricity industry, reviewing patterns and finding solutions to reduce vulnerability and facilitate crisis management is very important. . Thecrises that have occurred in recent years due to natural disasters and adverse weather conditions have caused extensive damage and blackouts at the level of electricity distribution networks. Gathering and summarizing information, identifying weaknesses in the power grid, and the causes of interruptions are very important in crisis management.Due to the fact that unfavorable weather conditions are one of the most important causes of blackouts, solutions to get out of these accidents and increase the resilience and reversibility of the electricity distribution network are presented in this article.
