To manage Value Added Services in 3G

This article examines the challenge of managing the value added services in mobile operators in the world and introduces the common services that can be offered by such technology; moreover, it will present the new services which are brought by the advent of the 3rd generation of mobile to the market and the management of such services via Service Delivery Platform and Content Management System will be discussed.
