خلاصه مقاله:
Colibacillosis is an infectious disease in Poultry which is caused by avian pathogenic E.coli (APEC). This is a serious and economically important disease of poultry industry. Avian Colibacillosis covers a variety of disease like Cronic respiratory disease (CRD), Septicemia, Salpingitis . . The virulence factors of this organism includes capsular antigen (K) , flagellar antigen (H) and LPS which outer part of this fraction is (O) somatic antigen and is the base for classification of the pathogen. There are many methods for identification of the types of strains which serotyping is the most common and important one. In this study we prepare LPS from various pathogenic strain of E.coli namely O1, O2, O6, O8, and O18 by autoclave method. The antigens were prepared the strains which were grown, in tow different Liquid and Solid media and were injected in two groups of 5 rabbits during one month. One rabbit was also used as a control. The rabbits were bled one week after the last injection and the sera were separated. The antibodies were then absorbed against other hetrologous followed by agglutination, titration and using standard specific sera as control. Finally for evaluation of each antiserum which was prepared we used homologous and hetrologous strain of E.coli to find out the specificity of all antisera. Our results showed that our specific antibodies had faster agglutination time compared to standard antibodies samples.
