خلاصه مقاله:
In order to evaluate morphological and phonological traits and flower yield and yield components, and to study relationship between various characters and the nature of factors effecting yield in Rosa damascena, carried out diuring 2004-2008. A experiment was conducted in randomized complete block with three replications at the Ekbatan Research station, Agriculture and Natural Resources Research Center, located in Hamedan. Fifty four of morphological, phonological and flower yield and yield components measured on 41 genotype of Rosa damascena in during three years. Result of analysis of variance showed significantly differences among genotypes for all traits except bud width,bud lenghtand day to final flowering. The year effect was significant for all traits. Interaction of year*genotype for all traits was highly significant except to bud and length of stipolat,length to width bud,density of barb,number of stamen,number of leaflet per leaf,area of leaf.area to weight of leafand number of day to flowering. Different of traits in genotypes show that there is suitable potential for selecting of genotypes with high performance. Result of stepwise regression analysis on flower yield per plant showed that number of flower per plant and wet weight of flower justified maximum variation in flower yield per plant. Path analysis showed that number of flower per plant had the greatest direct effect on flower yield per plant. Therefore, number of flower per plant could introduce as index for selecting of high performance genotypes. Factor analysis revealed 11 factors which justified 84.28 percent of the total variation among characters. Leaf length,length multiply width of leaf,leaf area and number of day to flowering had high greater loading in the first factor. Wet weight of flower,dry weight of leaflet,dry weight of leaf,length multiply width of bud had high loading in the second factor(14.1). In the third factor flower yield,number of flower per plant,drty weight flower,barb length,stamen length,number of petalin flower,wet weight of flower and wet weight of petal had high loading factor(9.77). In fifth factor traits petal weight to flower had the greatest loading factor. In the sixth factor,leaf width,length multiply width of leaf had high loading factor and(5.72). In the seventh factor, stamen width,length multiply width of stamen,length and width of leaf and length multiply width of leaf had the greatest loading factor(5.31).in the eight factor ,length per width of bud,number of stamen had the greatest loading factor(4.73). in the ninth factor time flowering,number of leaflet had the greatest loading factor(4.01). in the ten factor,area to weight of leaf and length to width, had the greatest loading factor(3.87). ). in the eleven factor,branch angel and density of barband leaf had the greatest loading factor(3.03). Based on cluster analysis, the genotypes were classified in 3 groups. The more genotypes located in the first group. The most similarity observed among genotype of Hamadan and Yazd,Hormozgan,Gilan and Khorasan genotype and located in first group.Also the result of this study showed that genetic variation is not related to geographic diversity.
