In order to use of diversity and adaptation of native medicago that have special quality likewise selection of best mass with more yield and favourity than different samples from medicago accession that it scattered in different region of sistan. They had collected and planted in autumn(2000) in agricultural research station of zahak. For monotonous hybridization of accessions this materials planted in latin square design. As each accession inserted in near other accession an each accession planted in 2 lines with 4m longth. Since year to final selection used from negative selection and deleted bushes with unfavourite Characters. Characters for selection include: bush form, flower color, strongly appearance, more leaf, uninfected to pest and diseases, time of flowering in second year from remained bushes seed were collected and this method tree cycles were replicated, and finaly getting monotonous seed and base seed multiplicated and new producing.
