Abstract:

Abstract In this research 8 accessions of perennial Trigonella were studied.Of these, accessins 6 were obtained from gene bank pertain to natural resource research institute (Alborz-Karaj), and 2 from Fars Province were planted in Estahban research station. After harvesting nutrient analysjs were carried oul.seed storage protein were determained using electrophoresis method. Also experiments regar,ding to drought stress were performed on 4 treatments (irrigation period 7,] 4, 21 and 28 days )and 3 replications:!n nutrient analysis ,the amount of raw protein, raw fiber, raw ash, raw fat, calcium and phosphorous elements were determined.The related dendrograms and diagrams were drawn. Based on the results obtained from electrophoresis of accessions. ] 6 different bonds observed on polyacrylamide gel which bonding pattern were some in same extent and completely different in others. In general the most bonds were belonged to 7271 and 770 and the least were due to 120 and 460 genotypes. Dendrograms resulted from cluster on analysis of these accessions were drawn. In drought sterees experiments the related diagrams and dendrograms were layed out, and tolerant species were determined. In general the surveyed accessions in these experiments showed a high nutrition value and accession number 7271 and 5310 were introduced as the best and most tolerant to drought stress.
