The aim of Chis project is real vlager, a needs recognition and priority and knowing the effective variables on them . The theonretical frame based on two theory . First theory of Maslow. Eldfer that show the abstract needs and go through Ihe origins of tbem . This is useful in needs recogniton and priority . But to abow the needs in different environment conditions and effective agents, we should use the 'field theory and systematic model. Based upon the assumption 8earch between self specifICations. cnviromnent and related department organization to village and their needs and problems have significant. relation . Measuring search through 34 villages includ 203 homekeepers that done with application ftoms interviews and information are collected Also by particiapatory rural appraisal method from 136 groups of youth and reliable Persons needs data have been gathered. . The reasearch results show that village know 57 needs as the most important or less Important that needs to job finding . guidance sc:hool , high school, road, house 8DcI health and tlUtment systems have the most importance . Also I there is a significant ralation betWeen self need I coviromcnt and organisational variables and kind of needs .
