بررسی و مقایسه عملکرد ارقام و لاینهای جو در شرایط شور

This project including two Experiments: A) Evaluation of salinity tolerance of barley varieties/lines in preliminary yield trial. In this experiment 41 lines /varieties studied. The experiment was done as observational. Traits such as days to heading. days to maturity,plant hight,length of spike , grain yield, to lerance to diseases,lodging and cold were measured. Finally 21 lines/varities that were better than the checks were sellected for advanced experiment. B) Evaluation of salinity tolerates varieties lines in advanced yield trial. In this experiment 18 lines/varieties that had been sellected from P BYT-salt were used the expeiment was done as Randomized completely block design with four replications. Traits such as grain yield , thousand kernel weight, number of spike per m-2 days to heading, days to maturity,tolerance to diseases , lodging and cold were measured. The results showed that studied lines were sighificantly different about traits such as grain yield , TKW, PLH, SP.Le,DHE and DMA. Finally lines 4,17,1,10 and 3 were with grain yield of 3.4,2.8,2.6,2.6,and 2.5 ton/ha respectively were selected for promising trials.
