بررسی و انتخاب بوته در توده های دورگ و نسلهای در حال تفکیک جو

Segregation in populations always in begining from F2 to several generation (F5-F6). In this investigation, 58 F2 population, that had been received from KARAJ were evaluated for suitable traits, 18 accession were selected, 24 genotypes were selected from 53 F3 and 11 accession were selected from 18 F4 generations, the modified bulk method were used F1 from F2 to F5 lines from F6 were selected using to the pedigree method. Each accession were planted in 6 rows, 9 meters length, Makoue and CB-74-2 cultivars were planted after each 20 genotypes as checks.
