In 1375, 54 percent of sistan and baluchestan province's population. so in view of the amOunt of the population This reasearch was carried out to determine the rural the youlths interests and selection while they were the main active forces ofproductian. The method used in this research is a field research method papulation was made up of rural with a sample of 394 (From the younges between 15-24 years of age) ITom 80 villages in the province. In this .research in addition to measuring the youlths' views about vocational select, effecting factors, motives and the factors prevenrenting them ITom being attracted to rural and productive jobs, the relation between independent variables such as position, age. gender, literacy, marriage situation, parent's literacy level, parents jobs and their expectations and the most literate member of the family etc with dependent variables including job tendensies was calculated and then through various and appropriate tests the significance level of these correlations were tested The findings indicate that the rural youlths don.! selection rural jobs. mainly because these jobs could not support them financially and have low incomes. The five job priorities set by the youngs were becoming a civil servant, a teacher, an officer, an engineer and a merchant, also the finding indicate that the important motives of their tendencies are personal interest and the ability and aptitude of their parents. According to the research hypotheses factors such as the low social prestige of ruraf jobs, gender. age and socio economic position of the youngs families have no relation with their' job tendencies. something indicating the jobs through govermental and co-operative rooted attachment feelings of the youngs to activity and production. The recomendtions emphasize on providing other people with details about rural jobs, promoting the youngs' financial power, esteeming rural jobs, supporting the rural area.
